These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 588Win Game, operated by 588Win Gaming Community, through 588wingame.com and our official mobile applications. By registering an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use 588Win Game.
1. Eligibility
To use 588Win Game, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must be a resident of Pakistan or an eligible jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted
- You must have a valid +92 Pakistan mobile number
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling restriction program
- You must not have had a previous 588Win Game account suspended or banned
By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Each user is permitted to hold only one account on 588Win Game. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
2.3 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2.4 Guest mode is available for browsing the app but withdrawals, bonuses, and VIP benefits require a fully registered and phone-verified account.
3. Deposits
3.1 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300.
3.2 All deposits must be made using payment methods supported by 588Win Game, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and B Finance.
3.3 Deposits are credited to your 588Win Game wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
3.4 We reserve the right to reject deposits from payment accounts that do not match your registered identity.
3.5 Depositing funds is an acknowledgment that you accept the financial risks associated with gaming.
4. Withdrawals
4.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 300.
4.2 The maximum withdrawal per day is PKR 50,000.
4.3 A maximum of 3 withdrawals per day are permitted per account.
4.4 A 3% bank processing charge applies to every withdrawal transaction.
4.5 Withdrawals are typically processed within one working day.
4.6 International players may use B Finance for withdrawals outside Pakistan.
4.7 We reserve the right to conduct identity checks before processing any withdrawal. Failure to pass verification may result in a withdrawal being held or refused.
4.8 Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 All bonuses offered by 588Win Game, including the welcome bonus, daily login bonus, referral commission, and redemption code rewards, are subject to specific terms that may be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Creating accounts for the sole purpose of claiming bonuses is prohibited.
5.3 Redemption codes shared through the official 588Win Game WhatsApp channel are valid for a limited time and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
5.4 We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.5 Misuse of the bonus or referral system, including creating fake referral accounts, will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses and balances.
6. Referral Program
6.1 The referral program allows registered users to earn a commission by inviting others to join and deposit on 588Win Game.
6.2 Referral commissions are automatically credited when a referred user completes a qualifying deposit through your referral link.
6.3 Self-referral, or referring accounts you control or are affiliated with, is strictly prohibited.
6.4 Referral commission rates are determined by 588Win Game and may change at any time.
7. VIP Program
7.1 VIP status is earned through consistent account activity including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.
7.2 VIP levels and their associated benefits are determined solely by 588Win Game.
7.3 588Win Game reserves the right to modify VIP level thresholds and benefits at any time.
7.4 VIP status does not constitute any form of guaranteed earnings or guaranteed withdrawal priority beyond what is listed in the VIP benefits table.
8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 588Win Game:
- Using bots, automated software, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players during card or table games
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches to generate unfair winnings
- Using stolen or fraudulent payment accounts for deposits
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
- Engaging in money laundering through the platform
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the app or servers
Violations of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 588Win Game is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, or specific financial outcomes from using our platform.
9.2 We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from your participation in games on 588Win Game.
9.3 We are not responsible for loss of access due to forgotten passwords, lost SIM cards, or unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
9.4 Network connectivity issues on your device are outside our control and we are not liable for gameplay interruptions caused by them.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on 588Win Game, including the app interface, game designs, logos, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of 588Win Gaming Community. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our platform without written permission.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on 588wingame.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 588Win Gaming Community operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process before any external escalation.
